PRESIDENTS
Lauren Yu

Lauren is a senior at Jones College studying Computer Science and Data Science. She joined P4P because she has an interest in learning about neurodegenerative diseases and has relatives affected by Parkinson’s. Before serving as Co-President, she was on the Marketing Committee for 1 year and led the Fundraising Committee for 2 years. She enjoys raising awareness of Parkinson’s at Rice and organizing fun, pancake-themed events to support HAPS.
Lauren’s favorite type of pancake is a scallion pancake!
Sarah Yang
Sarah is a Senior at Will Rice. She joined P4P because she enjoyed coordinating the volunteer program last year and volunteering at P4P fundraising events.
Sarah’s favorite type of pancake is a Chinese scallion pancake!
VICE PRESIDENTS
Cayla Xue

Cayla is a junior at Sid Richardson college. She joined P4P because she wanted to not only work closely with Parkinson’s patients and the local community of Houston but to also collaborate with fellow P4P board members to lead and plan events and promote initiatives for Parkinson’s. Cayla hopes to learn from each and every patient, community member, P4P volunteer, and board member to grow as a future medical/public health professional and community member.
Cayla’s favorite pancakes are Fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes!!
Erin Chen

Erin is a sophomore at Wiess College studying Biosciences. She joined P4P to break stigmas about Parkinson’s and to help the Houston community.
Erin’s favorite pancakes is an egg scallion pancake!
Shreya Patil

Shreya is a sophomore at Baker majoring in bioengineering with a minor in neuroscience. She joined P4P because she’s really interested in neurodegenerative diseases and how we can find treatments for them and better the life of patients.
Shreya’s favorite pancakes are classic pancakes with maple syrup, whipped cream and strawberries!

Audrey Weadick

Audrey is a sophomore at Sid Richardson College majoring in Computational and Applied Mathematics. She joined P4P to continue raising awareness about Parkinson’s disease and volunteering at events after growing up attending Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s events with her family, including her aunt who was diagnosed with Young-Onset Parkinson’s.
Her favorite type of pancake is banana pancakes (especially with peanut butter on top)!
